Shipping & Returns


We typically ship orders within 1 business day of your order being placed, but during peak times of year it may take 2-3 business days.  We typically ship USPS on smaller shipments and UPS/Fedex for larger shipments, as will be represented in the selections available at checkout.  Bell Farm Shops is not responsible for items lost in transit if the address was entered correctly. 

There are rare cases where an item may have inventory errors resulting in it being available to purchase while there is no inventory available.  In these cases, we will contact you to see if you would like to substitute your item(s), have your order refunded, or would like to wait until your products are available (if applicable).

When your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.  When the order is shipped you will receive another email with the tracking number.

In Store Pick Up

If you place an order and select pick up as your shipping method, you will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up.  Typically pick up orders are ready within the same day.  It may take another day during peak times of year or if there is inclement weather and the store had to close unexpectedly.  We are happy to provide curbside service, as well.  Instructions to take advantage of this will be in your "ready for pick up email".

Returns & Exchanges 

Purchases made online may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

-We are notified within 10 days of purchase 

-The product is unused and its original packaging

A full refund will be given for items returned within 14 days of purchase (including transit time) via the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued for items returned within 30 days of purchase (including transit time).

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping fees.

Bell Farm Shops does not accept responsibility for any return packages lost in transit without proof of deliver to Bell Farm Shops.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.  Seasonal holiday items cannot be returned after their season.

Damages in Transit

In the event your order was damaged in transit, please provide a photo to us of the package itself and the contents that were damaged within one day of receipt.  We will resend or refund the product that was damaged.

Defective Product

Defective products must be reported within thirty days of purchase (including transit time) for exchange or refund according to our policy.

Beyond thirty days we are not liable for any damages or defects.  As a customer service driven store, we will do our very best to assist you and connect you with the supplier of your product, but we cannot guarantee you will be refunded or provided a new product.
